  • Order Acceptance and Payment Terms :
  • We accept orders on Email, Whatsapp or our website only.
  • Invoice will be prepared after compilation of installation/services or after the goods are delivered.
  • 100% Payment has to be done within 2 days of the Invoice Date.
  • Payment will be accepted by Cheque / DD / NEFT / RTGS favouring “PARMESHWAR INCORPORATION” payable at Rajkot.
  • We will Accept Cash against TCS Deduction only.
  • We will be charged 24%  per annum interest on overdue bills.
  • Cheque dishonour charges will be Rs. 500+ GST
  • One time installation charges per camera Service Includes:
    • This Service will be charged per camera.
    • It includes a Camera(s), DVR, NVR and HDD installation, also Includes the Configuration of network-specific settings for laptops, personal computers or mobiles for that camera(s), and basic training like how to use the application, camera live view and check the playback of Camera Recording.
  • Remote Support:
    • This service will be charged as per the event.
    • We Provide lifetime handholding and remote care and support After Project handover to the customer
    • This service is provided during working hours only.
    • To avail of this service, customers must have to take appointments through telephonic or WhatsApp msg on our customer care: +91 70 4822 4822 or send complaint requests through the website. 
  • On-Site Support :
    • This Service will be charged as per each visit.
    • After Project Handover, We provide an Exclusive call basis on-site service for maintenance and Support of the system.
    • To avail of this service, customers must have to register complain through telephonic or WhatsApp msg on our customer care: +91 70 4822 4822 or send complaint requests through the website.
  • All products are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and policies.
  • The warranty period shall be effective from the date of invoice. Warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
  • Must provide the original proof of purchase which demonstrates compliance with the above.
  • Warranty terms do not include any shipping charges, postal cost or other incidental charges in any manner whatsoever. If our investigation shows that malfunction was caused by the user, repair and shipping shall be paid by the customer.
  • In the event of the products or material becoming obsolete due to advancement in technology up-gradation, the PARMESHWAR shall not be held liable for any such loss or damage caused to the Buyer.
  • Notwithstanding anything as mentioned herein, in such an event the PARMESHWAR may substitute the obsolete product/material with the upgraded products subject to payment of the differential amount by the customer.
  • Any physical and/or electrical damage/snag resulting from, but not limited to faults that
  • arise as a result of negligence, willful abuse, accident, malicious destruction, leakage, re
  • exposure to liquid or infiltration of foreign particles, failure to follow operating instructions,
  • acts of nature/god or improper use.
  • The replacement of cosmetic components or accessories or accidental damage.
  • Incorrect installation.
  • Losses caused by unforeseeable events (including but not limited to oods, lightning storms, frost or other bad weather conditions, acts of God), fair wear and tear, cosmetic damage, plastic items, corrosion or transit damage.
  • Use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not specifically recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Any repair work performed by the end-user or any non-authorized repair centre.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, should any person other than an authorized representative of the PARMESHWAR team or technician authorised by the PARMESHWAR attempt a repair to your appliance, the Warranty will be invalid.
  • Power adapters of cameras, DVRs, NVRs or any other kind of Power supplies or other devices adaptors are not covered under warranty.
  • The experience of remote location CCTV cameras on mobile or any other gadgets depends on the network and the hardware used, internet providers and the bandwidth of both sides.
  • Customers have to Provide a single-phase stable voltage connection at the location of the Main Control Panel with a good earthing connection and necessary protection.
  • In order to complete this project any additional work or product uses (other than as shown above) has been given by the customer or if proceeding by us then agreed to pay as actual, which is possible. Such as civil, electrical, masonry, excavation, ladder management, computer, hardware, software networking.
  • All kinds of services do not cover any kind of satisfaction warranty or Guarantee.
  • We are not responsible for any kind of data loss or unable to record data due to failure of the Hard disk or malfunction of the system
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss due to our Products, services, suggestions, software-related settings or actions during installation, suggestions or advice by us or our representatives.
  • We assure and understand the importance of privacy of your company’s strategy, data and other confidential details, and we respect it. We are ready to sign a non-disclosure agreement if the customer wants.
  • We reserve the right to alter our price, service and scope of work without any prior notification.
  • Jurisdiction Rajkot only.
