કારણકે જો તારીખ અને સમય યોગ્ય સેટ કરેલ નહિ હોઈ તો
- જયારે તમે કેમેરા નું રેકોર્ડિંગ જોવા માંગતા હસો ત્યારે તમને તે શોધવું ખુબજ મુશ્કેલ થશે
- સંકટ સમયે આવા કેમેરા ના રેકોર્ડિંગ ને કાનૂની કાર્યવાહી દરમ્યાન કોર્ટ માં પણ માન્ય નહિ રહે
હવે તો આ વાત ની ગંભીરતા ને ધ્યાન માં લેતા અમદાવાદ ના પોલીસ કમિશનર સાહેબશ્રી એ પણ હુકમ કરેલ છે કે, જો તમારા કેમેરા નો તારીખ કે સમય યોગ્ય સેટ કરેલ નહિ હોઈ તો તમારા પર FIR નોંધવામાં આવશે.

અહીં નીચે આપેલ 2 રીત દ્વારા કેમેરા ની તારીખ અને સમય બદલાવી શકાય.
- રીત 1 : કમ્પ્યુટર સોફ્ટવેર ના માધ્યમ થી
- રીત 2 : TV સ્ક્રીન ના માધ્યમ થી

રીત 1 : કમ્પ્યુટર સોફ્ટવેર ના માધ્યમ થી ફ્રી સોફ્ટવેર વાપરીને (CP PLUS KVMS Pro Free Software)
આ પદ્ધતિ માટે, તમારે તમારા પીસી અથવા લેપટોપમાં સીપી પ્લસ નો KVMS Pro Software ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવાની જરૂર રહે છે અને પછી આ સોફ્ટવેર માં ડીવીઆર અથવા એનવીઆર ઉમેરવાના રહેશે. આ સોફ્ટવેર ક્યાંથી Download કરવો અને કેમ ઈન્સ્ટોલેશન કરવું તે નથી જાણતા નથી તો પછી આ લિંક માં આપેલ બ્લોગ માં સંપૂર્ણ સોફ્ટવેર ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન પ્રક્રિયા આપેલ છે અને ત્યારબાદ DVR કે NVR કેમ add કરવું તે માટે ના પગલાંઓ આ લીંક માં આપેલ બ્લોગ માં છે.
આ તબક્કે, હું માનું છું કે તમારી સિસ્ટમ માં સીપી પ્લસ નો સોફ્ટવેર સેટિંગ સાથે તૈયાર છે અને એ ડીવીઆર અથવા એનવીઆર ની તમે તારીખ અને સમય બદલવા માંગો છો. તો હવે, આ પગલાંઓ ને અનુસરો…

1 પગલું # સોફ્ટવેર ચાલુ કરો અને ડિવાઇસ કન્ફિગર (Device Configuration) માં જાઓ
ઇમેજ માં બતાવ્યા પ્રમાણે સોફ્ટવેર ખોલ્યા પછી ઉપર ના વિભાગમાં આવેલ વત્તા ચિહ્ન (+) પર ક્લિક કરીને New ઉપર જાઓ અને પછી configuration section પર જાઓ અને device cfg. (Device Configuration)નામના બટન ઉપર ક્લિક કરો.
2 પગલું # Device પસંદ કરો અને તેનું સેટિંગ ખોલો
ઉપર ના ચિત્ર માં ડિવાઇસ કન્ફિગરેશન સ્ક્રીન બતાવેલ છે,
2.1 જમણી બાજુની વિંડો પર ડિવાઇસ સિસ્ટમ સેટિંગને લોડ કરવા માટે ડિવાઇસ પર ડબલ ક્લિક કરો.
૨.૨ લોડ થયા પછી, System option નામના બટન ને ક્લિક કરો એટલે બીજા વધુ વિકલ્પો જોવા મળશે.
2.3 આમાંથી “જનરલ” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
3 પગલું # તારીખ અને સમય ના setting
આ ચિત્ર માં ડિવાઇસ જનરલ સેટિંગ ની સ્ક્રીન છે,
3.૧ તારીખ અને સમય ના Tab ઉપર ક્લિક કરો જેથી તેના સંબંધિત બીજા સેટિંગ જોવા મળી શકે.
4 પગલું # અંતિમ સેટિંગ કરો અને તેને સેવ કરો.
આ ચિત્ર માં તારીખ અને સમય સંબંધિત સેટિંગ સ્ક્રીન છે,
4.૧ આપેલ સૂચિમાંથી ઈચ્છીત તારીખ ની ફોર્મેટ પસંદ કરો.
4.૨ અહીં વર્તમાન તારીખ અને સમય દાખલ કરો અથવા બાજુ માં રહેલ “Sync PC” નામના બટન ઉપર ક્લિક કરવાથી તમારા કમ્પ્યુટર ની તારીખ અને સમય આપો આપ સેટ થઇ જશે
4.3 યોગ્ય તારીખ અને સમય સેટ કર્યા પછી, તારીખ અને “Apply ” નામના બટન પર ક્લિક કરો ત્યારબાદ “Save” સેવ બટન પર ક્લિક કરી હમેંશા માટે સેવ કરી લો.
હવે તમે તમારા સીપી પ્લસ ડીવીઆર અથવા એનવીઆરની તારીખ અને સમય સફળતાપૂર્વક બદલી ગયેલ છે.

રીત 2 : TV સ્ક્રીન ના માધ્યમ થી કેમેરા ની તારીખ અને સમય બદલવો
આ પદ્ધતિ માટે, તમારે તમારા સી.પી. પ્લસ ડીવીઆર અથવા એનવીઆરને કોઈપણ મોનિટર સ્ક્રીન પર એચડીએમઆઈ અથવા વીજીએ આઉટપુટ સાથે પ્લગ કરવાની જરૂર છે.
આ તબક્કે, હું માનું છું કે તમારું ઉપકરણ પ્રાથમિક આઉટપુટ સાથેના કોઈપણ પ્રકારનાં મોનિટર સાથે જોડાયેલું છે.
હવે, આ પગલાંને અનુસરો
તમે આ જ રીત #2 વિષે હિન્દી ભાષા નો વિડિઓ લિંક પર થી જોઈ શકે છો.
1 પગલું # મુખ્ય મેનુ પર જાઓ
આ ચિત્ર ડિવાઇસ ના મેઈન વ્યૂ સ્ક્રીન નો છે,
1.1 સ્ક્રીન પર ગમે ત્યાં જમણું-ક્લિક કરવાથી તમને મેન મેનૂ મળશે, આગળની સેટિંગ્સ માટે હવે મુખ્ય મેનૂ “Main Menu” પર ક્લિક કરો.
2 પગલું # વપરાશકર્તા નું નામ અને પાસવર્ડ દાખલ કરો જે તમે set કરેલ હોઈ.
આ ચિત્ર “Login Screen” દર્શવતી સ્ક્રીન છે,
1.1 લિસ્ટમાંથી યુસર નું નામ પસંદ કરો.
1.2 યુસરનો પાસવર્ડ દાખલ કરો, જો તમને પાસવર્ડ ખબર નથી, તો તેના માટે સિસ્ટમ ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન કર્મચારીઓનો સંપર્ક કરવનો રહેશે.
1.3 યુસર નેમ અને પાસવર્ડ દાખલ કર્યા પછી, મુખ્ય મેનુ ના મેન પેજ પર દાખલ થવા માટે “Ok” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
3 પગલું # માસ્ટર સેટિંગ પર જાઓ
આ ચિત્ર મુખ્ય મેનુ સ્ક્રીન નું છે અહીંથી બીજા તમામ સેટિંગ કરી શકાય છે,
1.1 “સિસ્ટમ” Tab પર ક્લિક કરો જેથી તેના Sub Menu જોઈ શકાય.
1.2 ત્યારબાદ “જનરલ” ઉપર ક્લિક કરો, જેનાથી બીજી એક window ઓપન થાશે.
4 પગલું # તારીખ અને સમય ના setting
આ સિસ્ટમની અંદર આવેલ, જનરલ મેનૂ ની સ્ક્રીન છે,
1.1 “Date & Time” Tab પર ક્લિક કરો.
1.2 યોગ્ય તારીખ અને સમય, સમય ઝોન, તારીખ ની ફોર્મેટ સેટ કરો.
1.3 અપડેટ કરવા માટે “Apply” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો અને ત્યારબાદ સેટિંગ્સ સેવ કરવા માટે “Save” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
હવે તમારા ડીવીઆર અથવા એનવીઆર ની તારીખ અને સમય યોગ્ય રીતે સેટ થઈ ગયેલ છે,
મુખ્ય સ્ક્રીન પર પાછા આવવા માટે સ્ક્રીન પર કોઈ પણ જગ્યાએ જમણી ક્લિક (Right Click) કરો.
અપડેટ કરેલ તારીખ અને સમય ચેક કરી જુવો.

તારીખ અને સમય સેટિંગ એ ડીવીઆર અને એનવીઆરમાં આવશ્યક સેટિંગ્સ છે, જે વિડિઓ ફૂટેજ શોધવા માટે મદદરૂપ છે અને ખેંચાયેલા ફૂટેજ / વિડિઓ ક્લિપ્સ પર વોટરમાર્કિંગ તરીકે પણ ઉપયોગમાં લેવાય છે. કેટલીક વાર ગુના દરમિયાન કાયદામાં પુરાવા તરીકેની નિર્ણાયક ભૂમિકા હોય છે જો તે યોગ્ય રીતે સેટ ન કરવામાં આવે તો આખી સિસ્ટમ નકામું થઈ જાય છે. તેથી, આ બધી સમસ્યાઓથી બચવા માટે તારીખ અને સમય પર નજર રાખો. તમારા સીપી પ્લસ ડીવીઆર અથવા એનવીઆરની તારીખ અને સમય બદલવા માટે કોઈ કુશળતાની જરૂર નથી, તારીખ અને સમય બદલવાની 2 સરળ રીતો છે, પ્રથમ સોફ્ટવેર નો ઉપયોગ કરીને અને બીજી ડીવીઆર અથવા એનવીઆર ના પ્રાથમિક આઉટપુટ TV દ્વારા કરી શકાય છે.

2 Ways to Change Date and Time of CP PLUS Brand DVR or NVR
In the CCTV Surveillance, DVR or NVR ‘s date and time is a very essential part, if it is nor set properly then might be very difficult to retrieve backup or search playback. Even some time it’s not valid video footage as evidence during legal matters in court too. So always check on DVR’s or NVR’s date and time and keep up to date.
Why need to change date and time from DVR or NVR ?
There are few reasons which cause date and time change in your DVR or NVR.
- device is set on factory default setting
- Device inbuilt cell drain
- By human error mistakenly set wrong date and time
In this article, we are going to see 2 ways to change date and time of CP PLUS DVR or NVR.

First Method # Through CP PLUS KVMS Pro Free Software
For this method, you need to install CP PLUS KVMS Pro software in your PC or Laptop and then have to add DVR or NVR in this software. If you are not familiar or don’t know how then first follow this blog and steps for the complete Installation process, and then after adding DVR or NVR by following this blog steps
At this stage, I assume your system is equipped with CP Plus KVMS Pro Software and having your DVR or NVR added which you want to change date and time.
You may check the tutorial video for same in the Hindi language
Now, Follow these steps
1 Step # Open Software and Go to Device Config
After Opening the software go to New by clicking on the plus sign ( + ) on the header section and then go to the configuration section and click on device cfg. (Device Configuration)
2 Step # Select Device and Open Setting
This is the Device Configuration Screen,
2.1 Double Click on the device to load the device system setting on the right side window
2.2 after loading, click on System option for load further buttons
2.3 Click on “General” Button
3 Step # Go to Date & Time Tab
This is the Device General Setting Screen,
3.1 Click on the Date & Time Tab for Explore related Setting
4 Step # Do Final Setting and Save it.
This is the Date and Time related setting Screen
4.1 Select desire date format from the given list
4.2 enter proper date and time or click on “Sync PC” button to enter your current computer date and time here.
4.3 after setting proper date and time or sync with pc, click on the apply button to set date and time and click on the save button for save the configuration in memory.
That’s it, now you have successfully change Date and Time of CP Plus DVR or NVR.
Video Tutorial Method 1
Second Method # Through DVR or NVR‘s Primary Output (TV or Monitor Screen)
For this method, you need to plug your CP Plus DVR or NVR to any monitor screen with HDMI or VGA output
At this stage, I assume your device is connected with any kind of monitor with primary output.
You may check the tutorial video for same in the Hindi language
Now, Follow these steps
1 Step # Go to Main Menu
This is the Device Main View Screen,
1.1 Right-click anywhere on the screen and you will find menu popup, Now click on the main menu for further settings.
2 Step # Enter Username and Password
This is the Login Screen for user authentication,
1.1 Select Username from the list.
1.2 Enter Password of the User, if you don’t know the password then contact system installation personnel for it.
1.3 After entering credentials, click okay to enter in the main menu page.
3 Step # Go to Master Setting
This is the Main Menu Screen for all Settings,
1.1 Click on “System” tab for their sub-menus
1.2 Click on sub-menu call “General” for further setting window
4 Step # Do setting of date and time
This is the System’s, General Menu Screen,
1.1 Click on “Date & Time” tab for their setting Page
1.2 Set Proper Date and Time, Time Zone, Date Format and date Separator symbol
1.3 Click on the “Apply” button for update and save the settings.
That’s it, Now your DVR or NVR date and time are set properly, come back on the main screen
By right clicking on the screen and checking the updated date and time.

Date and Time Setting are essential settings in DVR and NVR, which are helpful to search video footage and also used as watermarking on extracted footage/video clips. Let’s start configuration of KVMS Pro Software

1 # Run KVMS Pro Software
After Login with your credential you will get this Home Screen of KVMS Pro.
1.1 Click on Device, under the section of configuration for add, edit or delete devices.
2 # Run KVMS Pro Software
Now, You are on the list of device screens. Here you can add devices by either using auto search or adding devices details manually. I will show you here both options one by one.
Let’s start with adding devices by auto search for that press the auto search button as shown in image.
3 # Add device using auto search tools
You will get another window, it will automatically find and list available devices (IP Camera, DVR, HDCVR, NVR) from your local area network.
3.1 : If you have a different IP range then change your range here
3.2 : click the search button for finding devices after setting a new IP range.
If you have not found a device yet, then check your device has power on, and also connected properly with the network. After checking you can hit refresh to find your device.
3.3 : Select desired device from available list and press add, before adding you can assign new IP Address by using modify IP button.
Let’s check other ways of adding devices, click on the add button for manually adding devices, as shown in image.
4 # Add device using manual tools
There are two methods to add manually devices.
- IP / Domain : You can use this method whenever you have a Local IP Address or Static IP Address of device.
- SN (Serial Number) : You can use this method when you use CP PLUS Server and InstaOn Service, you may find device serial on InstaOn configuration.
Let’s check both methods of adding device one by one.
4.1 # Method : IP/Domain
4.1.1 : Device Name : Give desired name for your device.
4.1.2 : Method to Add : IP/Domain.
4.1.3 : IP/Domain Name : Enter Device IP Address.
4.1.4 : Port : Enter Device Port (you can find port number on device configuration \ Network page, or use default port of CP PLUS products : 25001).
4.1.5 : Group Name : Choose from list or select given default. you can create different groups for managing multiple companies, locations and devices. Later on we will see how you can use this feature.
4.1.6 : User Name : Enter device user name.
4.1.7 : Password : Enter password of above entered user name.
4.1.8 : Add : Press for add device, it will add device in list and close this box.
4.1.9 : Save and Continue : use this if you want to add a device and after that want to add another one, the box will be still open there for you by this way you can save you time.
4.2 # Method : SN / InstaOn
Instaon service exclusively offered by CP PLUS, where you can register any CP PLUS network device and you will get a unique serial number. By this unique SN you can access your device from anywhere.
If you don’t have a serial number first generate from the device by using InstaOn option. Check out for more information here.
4.2.1 : Device Name : Give desired name for your device.
4.2.2 : Method to Add : IP/Domain.
4.2.3 : SN : Enter device serial number.
4.2.4 : Group Name : Choose from list or select given default. you can create different groups for managing multiple companies, locations and devices. Later on we will see how you can use this feature.
4.1.5 : User Name : Enter device user name.
4.1.6 : Password : Enter password of above entered user name.
4.1.7 : Add : Press for add device, it will add device in list and close this box.
4.1.8 : Save and Continue : use this if you want to add a device and after that want to add another one, the box will be still open there for you by this way you can save you time.
5 # Added device list screen
You will find a list of added devices and status, let’s see what information we get on this page.
5.1 : Checkbox : checked for selection
5.2 : No : list no of device(s)
5.3 : Name : Device given name
5.4 : IP/Domain name: IP Address of device
5.5 : Device type : you will find which kind of device it is. DVR / NVR / IP Camera etc.
5.6 : Device model :you will find device model no here.
5.7 : Port : assigned port no of device.
5.8 : Channel No : device channel details
5.9 : Online Status : current status of device, online / offline.
5.10 : SN : device serial number if it’s added through InstaOn
5 : Operation :
5.A : Modify : by pressing it can modify device added information.
5.B : Go to device config : you can access device configuration and modify it.
5.C : Manual logout : hit it for manual logout devices.
5.D : Delete : for delete device from list.
5.11 : Import / Backup : save or upload device data through this tools
5.12 : All Devices / Online Devices : you can total the number of all devices and total of online devices.
Take a pointer at the top bar Devices Tab for activate Close button, hit the button for closed this tab.
6 # Go to live view
Now this stage, you have added your DVR / NVR successfully in KVMS Pro, Now let’s start viewing CCTV Camera on Screen.
Go to Dashboard, then Click on live view under the operation section as shown on image.
7 # Login device and start camera viewing
7.1 > 7.2 : Find your device under the device group and right click for login,
7.3 : Change desired split screen by selecting different options here.
For logout from DVR / NVR or IP Camera, go to the device, right click on it and choose logout.
8 # Login device and start camera viewing
KVMS Pro software is ready to use now, one small setting will help you to remember your last screen setting.
8.1 : click on system config at header bar.
8.2 : initial page : set here, Resume last page.
That’s it. All done, CP PLUS KVMS Pro ready to monitor your CCTV Camera.

2 Step # Unzip Downloaded File
After downloading the installer from the given link, you need to extract the file because the downloaded file will be in the compressed format.
Sometimes unzipping the file may raise a broken link error then try to unzip for latest winrar software, you may download Winrar here.
3 Step # Run Software Installer
Now, CP Plus KVMS Pro software for Windows is ready for Installation, Find so right-click on the install file and then click on the Run as administrator. Then the system asks for permission for the installation. Click on the Yes button.
The installation process will start and the first installation screen comes to you.
4 Step # Select Language and Accept Terms Condition
This is the First Installation wizard Screen,
4.1 Select your Preferred Language
4.2 Checkbox after read agreement for acceptance

5 Step # Select Installation Option
This is the Second Installation wizard Screen,
5.1 : Keep Checked for Installation
KVMS Pro is used for DVR, NVR, IP Camera, Video Decoder, Video Matrix for Live View, Playback, Video wall and Download Recorded History, Also you can manage and configure above mentioned devices.
5.2 : Check for Install Storage Service
Storage Services act as Video Storage Server or you can say work similar to NVR.
In this Tutorial we are not covering that part, so I am going to uncheck it.
5.3 : Press Next button for further Process
6 Step # Select Installation Path
This is the Third Installation wizard Screen,
6.1 : here, indicate how much space required to install KVMS Pro and how much space you have according selected path
6.2 : Default installation path is on the Programme files folder or your primary OS drive, you can change it by pressing Browse button and select your desired location.
6.3 Checked or Unchecked, if you wish to create a desktop Shortcut or not.

Press Install button for Final Installation Process
7 Step # Installation in Progress
This is the forth Installation wizard Screen,
7.1 : here you can see the progress of installation, wait for a while until all processes finish and you will get a successful installation msg or any other error msg if any.
8 Step # Successfully Installed
This is the fifth Installation wizard Screen, if you see this screen it means your CP PLUS KVMS Pro software Successfully installed your Computer
8.1 : Release Note : Checked this box for open release note after pressing the finish button
8.2 : Run KVMS Pro : Checked this box for open KVMS Pro after pressing the finish button.
8.3 : Press the finish button for exit from KVMS Pro Wizard and it will open the release note or run the KVMS Pro application if the checkbox is selected.
9 Step # KVMS Pro Application Registration Process : Password Setting
If you checked option 8.2 in the previous step then the application will automatically open, if not then Go to Desktop or Strat Programme and Select KVMS Pro application by clicking the shortcut. When the application runs for the first time then it will ask for the password of the master user : admin. It will be your master administrative password, so remember it as well as keep it strong too.
9.1 : Password : Enter Strong Password for user : admin
9.2 : Confirm Password : retype same as above for confirmation.
9.3 : Auto Login after Registration : if you checked this box then after finishing this registration process you will be logind in to the app, if not then you will get a Login box and ask for username and password for entering the app. Checking this box will save your time.
9.4 : Press Next for further registration process.
10 Step # KVMS Pro Application Registration Process : Password Protection
Answer the security questions, it will help you to retrieve password in case you forget.
10.1 : Question 1 : Select your desired question and type your answer
10.2 : Question 2 : Select your desired question and type your answer
10.3 : Question 3 : Select your desired question and type your answer
10.4 : Press Finish button for complete KVMS Pro software registration process.
After the registration process is completed, the application will open and ready to use.
Hurray… you are now ready to use CP PLUS KVMS Pro Desktop Application.
